TERMS OF SERVICE

1) GENERAL - The terms and conditions of the sale outlined below shall apply to the sale by WMFootball coaching (therein referred to as “the Company”) to the person, firm or company to whom the product is provided for (therein referred to as “the purchaser”).
Unless otherwise stated in writing by the company it shall be understood that the company proceeding any work shall follow all procedures as per the terms and conditions.

2) GOODS - All goods and services provided by the Company are as per the agreed website pricing and to the description and discretion of the Company. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly inspect the description of the products to ensure it is the correct product they wish to purchase.

By agreeing to purchase the products and placing an order, the purchaser agrees that the company holds all rights to their ‘no refund’ policy, which includes no refunds on last minute cancellations without the correct given notice period which can be later confirmed by the Company. The company at their discretion may change a date to provide more flexibility to the purchaser with the correct amount of notice given, however, no refunds are permitted.

3) PAYMENT - Unless otherwise stated in person or via written consent, the Company requests all payments upfront via their online booking system.

4) WARRANTY - The purchaser is covered should the Company have to cancel any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, they will not lose their booking, this could be referred to a different date which will be agreed upon between both the Company and the purchaser. If no dates are agreed upon then a refund can be discussed by both parties.

5) LIABILITY - The Company holds no liabilities for any lost/damaged items by the purchaser during their time on site of the Company during their allotted booking unless there is proven negligence from the Company which resulted in this.
The Company holds no liabilities for any injuries which occur during their sessions with the purchaser unless there is proven negligence from the Company which resulted in this.

6) PRIVACY DATA - Personal Data of the Purchaser may be processed by the Company for legitimate business reasons such as fulfilling purchase orders, processing invoices and receiving payments for general customer administration, website management, providing marketing information on products and services and events that may interest the purchaser (with consent of individuals for direct marketing where legally required).

The Company stores and holds the purchasers information for their own records and agrees to not share any Data with any third party unless consented by the purchaser.
