The thing I appreciated most is the way wade respected my needs as an individual. He carefully planned out sessions to suit me and my game. He took on any feedback I had and really tried to adapt the sessions in the best way possible.
The sessions really helped me become more comfortable in game situations. For me personally, it’s helped me adjust my body positioning in certain finishing situations and helped with my footwork and different technique’s.

The session felt very game related to things you would be needing in a game for each position.

Practice makes perfect, again the specific repetitions are what build confidence in the techniques you have for me and this is definitely easier to achieve in wades tailored 1 to 1s rather than a group session which has to be more general to the team.

“I had just returned from injury so needed some position specific drills to familiarise myself playing again and as it was off season I thought I would get some one to one coaching off Wade as people had told me they benefited from his sessions, he was top draw when I met him open to full conversation and not too formal before we started and made me feel comfortable before we started any work, which for me and anyone involved in football knows is important as you want to feel you can trust your coach with full confidence.
I asked for position specific drills with added fitness and conditioning and Wade provided that in abundance working on tight areas with loads of touches on the ball with added conditions work throughout which made me keep focus as I was fatiguing whilst still trying to keep up with the high intensity of the session. He incorporated drills and techniques which related to areas in my game which needed improvement as well as including things that I knew were a strength of mine however it is just as important to keep on top of those techniques.
I felt fit and sharp after doing the sessions with which which stood me in really good stead leading into pre season, there’s nothing better than getting fit with the ball at your feet and Wades sessions are perfect for this.
I would definitely advise seeing wade and his staff for any sessions, regardless of what it is you want work with, he is very flexible and provides great facilities so any player of any level can benefit from the work he does. Another bonus is if you prefer working in groups n rather than by yourself he puts on group sessions including goalkeepers so you can get more people involved”

The tailored coaching session benefited my game like i said it was specific so the finer details in the sessions i could take into the game with positioning body shape etc which then helped feel more prepared for games with my club as i knew how i needed to be positioned and with the finer details such as first touch to get that pass of quick or break the lines to go forward and the practice from the sessions made it easier for me to know what to do when i recover the ball.

“I think the thing i appreciated most about the sessions is that it’s ok to make mistakes, the amount of reps you end up doing means you’re going to make mistakes. You get chances to rectify them in the reps after and there are always tips and advice being given after mistakes which helps obviously.
As a midfielder we done a lot of stuff relevant to my game, longer passing, shorter passing, technical work and it’s deffinatly sharpened the tools and helped me get better as a player.

The thing I appreciated the most was the intensity in the session and I really felt sharper after it.
It was the off season so the session was tailored around sharp work. We got loads of touches of the ball and got a good blow out of it; and being a striker I got a to do an enjoyable finishing session at the end against a keeper - which is hard to get in an off season session.
It made me feel a lot more confident afterwards as I got loads of touches of the ball an it felt like a proper training session which, again, is hard to replicate in the off season so I knew when going back to my club I would be ready.
I would definitely recommend WM as the session was very enjoyable as well as a technical session. Both intense and the facilities and the detail in the session was very good.
